Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms apply to your use of spanishwithsabri.com and any class or class package you buy from Spanish with Sabri ("we", "us"). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.
1. Our services
We offer private, one-on-one Spanish classes online via Google Meet, sold individually or in packages. Some learning materials may be shared through our website.
2. Payment
Prices are shown in USD and paid through PayPal. Classes are scheduled once payment is received.
3. Class packages
You must start your class package (schedule and attend your first class) within 3 months of purchase. If the package hasn't been started within that period, it expires and any unused classes are not refundable.
4. Scheduling and cancellations
Class times are agreed directly with your teacher. To reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible, and before the class starts. Classes missed without prior notice count as taken.
5. Refunds
If you're not satisfied after your first class, you can request a full refund of your purchase within 48 hours of that class. After that, payments are non-refundable, including for unused classes. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By booking a class that takes place within those 14 days, you expressly request that the service start early and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for classes already taken. Our first-class refund policy (section 5) still applies.
7. Materials and recordings
All class materials belong to Spanish with Sabri and are for your personal learning only. Classes are not recorded unless both parties agree.
8. Results
Progress depends on your practice and commitment. We can't guarantee specific results or fluency levels.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is always the current one.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
